I had the pleasure of working with Annabelle and Sox for the THIRD time back in May! I always love getting to photograph Annabelle <3 Having her as the Miss Coulee City Rodeo 2019 is just way too cool- because of this title we got to shoot together for another time, and she even got to run the American flag at her rodeo too! There's a "Coulee City Curse" where every year at least one rodeo queen falls off at the Coulee City rodeo, so they decided to not let queens run with flags to avoid anyone getting hurt. Well, since this was Annabelle's second year as Miss Coulee City Rodeo Queen, she got to run a flag in her rodeo! And she didn't fall off!! Hopefully she broke the curse :)
I'm so excited for the rest of Annabelle's year- I can tell she really loves being a rodeo queen and I can't wait to see what she does in the following years <3
