Marley Halse & Loretta (Sirtainly No Doubt). Her sweet golden doodle, Buddy made a quick appearance as well! Marley is a class of 2023 high school senior, and shows in the APHA circuit under the guidance of Kip Larson with Larson Performance Horses in Arlington, WA. Marley is currently leasing Loretta from Katie Hudson, who I've now officially photographed all of her horses over the course of about 2 years, without even meeting her yet! Hopefully next year I'll get to finally meet her. I love Loretta and think Marley is so lucky to be able to lease and show her for her last couple years as a youth! They've already done so well together as a team and I can't wait to see what they accomplish the rest of their time together.
Also, can we please all just take a moment to appreciate the beautiful lighting we had for their session? This is the reason why I love shooting at Lucky 13 Ranch so much- the light is just incredible here!
